QEERROO TRANS LLC operates shuttle and worker transit routes for Phoenix area sites at 2020 N 32ND St APT 213, Phoenix, AZ 85008-2956, United States. The services below cover the full life of a route, from planning through dispatch, tracking, charter operations, compliance and maintenance. Each service runs from one dispatch desk reachable at +12096908975.

Six services, one dispatch discipline

Nothing here is sold as a standalone add-on. The six services interlock so that a route stays readable, a driver stays legal and a partner stays informed. Mount each board to read the method in full.

R1

Shuttle Route Planning

Route planning starts in the field. A planner walks the pickup points at the hours they are used, measures the walk from gate to curb and records where a vehicle can safely wait. From that survey we build a loop or a line with realistic running times, recovery margins and published stop order. We test the draft against the busiest shift before launch, then adjust stops and spacing so the timetable holds on an ordinary Monday as well as a quiet Friday.

Driver Dispatch and Scheduling

Every trip is assigned to a named driver with the correct endorsements and enough legal hours remaining. The dispatch desk balances rosters against peak demand, builds relief points that do not strand a vehicle, and keeps a standby driver available for the days when a route runs hot. Schedules account for mandatory rest, pre-trip inspection time and the real duration of a shift change, so the board and the road agree with each other.

Live Vehicle Tracking

Partners watch each active vehicle on a live map with arrival estimates that refresh as conditions change. A dispatcher sees the same picture and can rebalance a line when traffic tightens or a stop takes longer than planned. Tracking also creates the record we use afterward: the actual running time of every trip, the gap between plan and performance, and the moment a disruption began. That record feeds the next planning review instead of staying hidden in a driver log.

Charter and Event Transit

Charter work begins with a run sheet built around your doors, gates and load-in windows. We stage vehicles ahead of the crowd, assign a lead driver to each movement and keep a dispatcher on the channel from the first call to the last release. Whether the job is a single crew move or a multi-vehicle event shuttle, the same discipline applies: a written sequence, named vehicles and a clear decision maker when a plan needs to change on the day.

Compliance and DOT Records

Driver qualification files, hours of service, vehicle inspections and program records stay current in one auditable system. When an inspector arrives or a partner needs documentation, we produce a complete file rather than a folder of loose pages. Compliance is treated as part of dispatch, not a separate chore, so a record is written at the moment an event happens and never reconstructed from memory weeks later.

Fleet Maintenance Coordination

Preventive services and repairs are scheduled around route demand instead of against it. The maintenance calendar talks to the dispatch roster, so a vehicle is pulled on a light afternoon rather than on a peak morning. Every service event, defect and repair is documented for the file, and any defect that affects safety keeps a vehicle out of service until it is resolved and signed off.

The process behind every posted route

We run the same four-station process whether the job is a small campus loop or a season-long worker program. Each station has a named owner, a written output and a review point where a partner can change the plan before the next station begins.

Survey

Field visits, demand counts, curb access and shift windows. Output: a route map with stops, running times and fallback points.

Resource

Vehicle class, driver roster, hours availability and charter holds. Output: a dispatch roster and a vehicle calendar tied to the route.

Operate

Live tracking, on-channel dispatch and same-day adjustments. Output: daily service records with arrival data for every trip.

Review

On-time performance, ridership and incident notes. Output: a plain report and a proposed change list for the next period.

What a partner receives each period

  • An on-time percentage for each route, measured against the published timetable.
  • Ridership by stop and by departure so capacity can be matched to real demand.
  • A list of missed or adjusted runs with the reason recorded at the time it happened.
  • Compliance and maintenance status summaries on request, tied to the vehicle file.
  • A named dispatcher who owns the period and answers questions directly at +12096908975.

Reports are written to be read, not filed. If a number looks wrong, we want the question, because a route that is reviewed honestly is a route that stays reliable season after season.
